About Peppers

 Peppers Formal Wear is a boutique store located in Cremorne ( on Sydneys’ lower north shore ).

We offer wedding, black tie and formal suits to hire, purchase or have custom made.  In a time of cheap, throw away fashion and limited customer interaction Peppers is an exception,  producing beautiful quality clothing that is fitted, altered and styled  for each customer.

 The Peppers label was founded in the 1960s by Dorothy Mack, our mother and grandmother, who opened stores on the lower north shore specialising in wedding gowns. In the mid eighties she saw the need for high standard mens wedding wear , opening Mr Pepper in Neutral Bay.

Peppers Formal Wear opened in Cremorne in 1988. Since then we have  dressed tens of thousands of customers,  many of whom return to us time and time again. Peppers suits have been worn around the world – from Morning Suits at Royal Ascot to beautiful tuxedos at the Academy Awards and at, of course, at Australias most beautiful weddings.

  We are very grateful for the consistent  feedback and recommendations we are given, always of the highest level.   Our aim to always maintain an immaculate level of service and product, going to every effort to achieve perfection. 

 Our store is a short trip from Sydney’s CBD and is easily accessible via public transport. Street parking directly in front of our store is usually readily available.
